No one likes to make returns but sometimes it is necessary and we strive for 100% satisfaction with your order. We accept returns on new unused items packed in their original containers, box or packaging. Returns are completed by filling out the form below with all information blocks filled in.
We do not accept any item for return that has been put into service or that shows any sign of use, cleaning or damage. Merchandise damaged in shipping should have a file claimed immediately with the shipper. If you have product that is found damaged in an undamaged shipping container please contact us immediately with the form below. We do not accept returns after fifteen (15) days. You pay all return shipping back to us unless specified otherwise below.
If you have an order that is in-process you may cancel at any time with no penalty by using our return form. If your order has shipped you can decline the shipment but you may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. Re-stock fees are handled on an order-by-order basis because of the great variety of products sold on our site.
If an item needs to be returned because of an issue caused by us such as improper fulfillment or internal damage then you will not pay for return shipping. We will provide a call tag label to the email address provided and you may have it picked up or you may drop it off with the appropriate shipper (usually UPS).
The following items may not be returned for any reason:
– all closeout items
– any special order items
– aerosol cans
– used appliances
– perishables of any type
– cleaning and hazardous materials
– international orders
Returns must have the following:
– an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number printed plainly on outside of return package
– must be in original undamaged packaging
– no signs of use, wear or cleaning
Refunds will be given after product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected by us. Credit will be issued back on the card that you paid with and typically processing may take up to four weeks for the funds to be returned to your account. We will work hard to shorten the process but please allow time for the credit to get through the system before contacting us.
