The Phoenix Tandoori oven is the newest, most cost efficient model on the market today. Its 16-inch opening is the largest of any Tandoori Oven. The Phoenix' cost efficiency is due to its unique ceramic insert which sustains heat and saves money on utilities.

Other Tandoori's on the market today are made with clay, which tend to break when subjected to excessive heat. Consequently, pieces of clay can fall to the bottom of the oven and contaminate the food.

The Phoenix Tandoori is currently the only Tandoori made in the U.S.A. that is ETL/NSF approved.
